I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with CASCAD-e for providing schedule consulting and preparation services. We worked together on Opus South’s two mixed-use high-rise luxury residential and retail projects in the downtown re-development district of St. Petersburg, FL. Both were highly complex, multi-phase projects with extremely limited site conditions that required a great deal of pre-planning and phasing coordination. CASCAD-e has a very solid and detailed understanding of the construction planning, design, permitting and delivery process which is necessary to collaborate in the creation of realistic schedule logic.
